You are invited to a very small, intimate retreat at one of the most beautiful sites on the Oregon Coast, celebrating the Dharma Transmission of Dr. Paul Thielking.  It will conclude with the 82nd Birthday party of Genpo Roshi, honoring his 55 years of Zen teaching.

The retreat is being held in Roshi’s and Jigen Sensei’s private home. It will also host the official Eye Opening ceremony marking the first time it will serve as a retreat space. Our days will include meditation, Big Mind Process, shared meals, beach walks, silence, and conversations  in a deep relational practice, supported by natural beauty where the land literally meets the sea.

Teacher(s): Genpo Roshi, Jigen Sensei, Lynn Shozen Roshi, and Mary Ellen Seien Roshi.
